Avalanche Studios unveils Generation Zero ahead of E3

Avalanche studios, well known for the Just Cause series of titles and the highly acclaimed Mad Max has released a trailer for their new Game Generation Zero.

The game is heavily 80's influenced, it is set in 1989, will have an 80's inspired sound track which sees you trying to solve the mystery of why the machines are attacking while you're battling them. Seems like its heavily influenced by stranger things in a way.

Neat features include permanent damage, if you encounter a robot and damage it during the battle it will still have that damage when you encounter it again.

Generation Zero is scheduled for release on PS4, Xbox One (and their enhanced siblings) and PC next year,with no mention of a switch version. This will be the first self published title for Avalanche and hopefully there will be more info about it at E3 during the coming week.
