Cities: Skylines Hubs and Transport
Cities: Skylines might be 8 years old and Colossal Order may just have announced Cities: Skylines 2 but that doesn't mean they've abandoned Cities: Skylines just yet. Hubs and Transport is a free patch bringing updates to the base game, After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, and Mass Transit. The patch will be available on 22 March, 2023.
New Transport Hubs
There are 9 new transport hubs added to the game. They allow multiples lines and multiple types of transport. Owners of the base game will receive a Harbour - Bus Hub and a Multi-level Metro Hub. The harbour will accept two cruise ships and 5 bus stops while the multi-level metro will allow you to combine underground, ground level, and elevated metros in one station.
Owners of Snowfall will receive 2 new hubs with built-in tram stops. A Metro-Tram Hub with Road which offers a central platform and access to the underground metro. The other is a Bus-Train-Tram Hub with an elevated train track, a ground-level tram stop, and 8 bus stops.
Owners of Mass Transit will receive two additional harbours. A Harbor-Ferry Hub and a large Harbor-Bus-Monorail Hub.
Owners of both Snowfall and Mass Transit will receive 3 additional hub options. The Ferry-Tram Hub, the Monorail-Tram Hub with Road, and the Metro-Train-Monorail-Tram Hub with Road.
New Roads
There are 15 new roads in total. Owners of the base game will receive a Three-Lane One-Way Road with Bus Lane. There are also three new medium roads with four lanes and wide sidewalks - with or without grass and trees!
Owners of Mass Transit will receive 9 new roads with new highway options, new asymmetrical roads, and more monorail roads. The new highways let you expand your two-way highways with the new Asymmetrical Three-Lane Highway and the Four-Lane Two-Way Highway. Both of these come with or without sound barriers like other highway roads. Asymmetrical roads are not just for highways though, there are also medium and large asymmetrical roads with 5 and 7 lanes.
The new monorail roads options are a Four-Lane Road with Monorail Tracks and Trees and if 4 lanes aren’t enough there is Six-Lane Road with Monorail Tracks which also comes as a tree-lined version.
Owners of both Snowfall and Mass Transit will receive 2 additional roads. Monorail Tracks on Two-Lane Road with Tram Tracks and Monorail Tracks on Six-Lane Road with Tram Tracks.
New Vehicles
Owners of the base game will receive 6 new options for metros with varying capacities ranging from 120 to 500 cims.
There is also a new train that can carry 240 cims. It will be able to bring in tourists from outside connections as well.
Owners of After Dark will get a Black Taxi Cab while owners of Natural Disasters will get an Articulated Evacuation Bus that will be able to carry 100 cims to an evacuation shelter.
Owners of Mass Transit will reveive 2 new monorail vehicles able to transport 120 and 240 cims, and 4 new ferries with capacities ranging from 10 to 40. The new ferries all have a lower profile than the original ferries.

Biffa has done a video of the new update.
Some very welcome updates for an 8 year old game and with the next version on the way already.
