Epic Games refund policy on par with Steam now
At first Epic Games refund policy was a bit of a mission, you had to submit a request via their contact form and then you started jumping through all the hoops. You received a very long verification list that consisted of your public IP, address, the date you created your epic account, an invoice ID, location where the purchase was made, your account display name, the last 4 digits on the card used to buy the game, the date of your last login, and names of any other accounts associated with their Epic Games ID.
According to Sergey Galyonkin on Twitter Epic Games will now have unlimited refunds within 14 days of the purchase and under 2 hours played. For now you still have to do it via player support but they are working on a self-service system.
In total they now support 30 different regions (130 countries in total) for regional prices. They do not have local pricing for all the countries yet but they are working on it. If you pay with your local payment method you will be paying in your own currency, the prices will still be displayed in US Dollars.
