$12,000,000 in Paragon Assets Released for Free

Ubisoft reaches agreement with Vivendi for its full exit from Ubisoft's share capital

After years of fending off a hostile takeover from Vivendi, it looks like Ubisoft has finally fought them off once and for all. An agreement has been reached between the two companies which will see Vivendi sell it's entire stake in the company. This was possible by investment made by two companies, the Relationship Investing arm of Ontario Teachers' Public Equities division, and Tencent.
