New teaser and system requirements released for Rune: Ragnarok

Human Head studios have unveiled a new teaser for their upcoming Viking-themed game Rune: Ragnarok. Rune: Ragnarok is a seqeul to Human Head's own Rune which originally released back in 2000.

Along with the teaser, Human Head have also announced that the game will be available on Steam Early Access this September. No exact date has been announced yet.

In Rune: Ragnarok players will take on the role of a Viking Warrior during the end of days. The game will be playable solo as well as in co-op and players will engage in brutal combat against huge monsters and giant beast as well as each other in PvP battles.

Players will get to explore "vast and dangerous lands" and the game will feature rich Norse Mythology, specifically concerned with the end of the world and the god of mischief Loki.

I used to play the original a lot at LANs during my high school days and I'm pretty excited about this sequel. It's nice to see a developer going back to something they did so long ago and expanding on that universe.
