VS Gaming hosts the FIFA eWorld Cup Qualifiers

VS Gaming will be hosting the annual FIFA 2018 eWorld Cup Qualifiers at Monte Casino from 5 to 6 May.

The best FIFA players in South Africa will battle it out for 2 spots to represent South Africa at the global playoff event later this year. Alongside this, a prize pool of R1.5 Million is up for grabs for the best players of the weekend.

According to the structure on VS Gaming's website:

The event will be contested over a period of two days on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One to determine a winner on each platform. The event will be divided into 8 pools per platform consisting of a maximum of 64 players per pool. The total number of contestants will be 512 per platform, 1024 in total on both platforms for the main event.

Registration to the event is R150 per player, and spectators are welcome. There will be various attractions and exhibitions showcasing gaming during the weekend as well. Music is provided by game-loving musicians like Jason Goliath, Cassper Nyovest and Riky Rick.
